Selecting multiple boards within a map window?

I have a map window (button is hidden in screen shot) named Roster. Within it I have Map Boards with two (for now) boards. I can’t figure out a way to make those selectable by the players. I tried the choose board thing but it prompts players at the beginning of the game. I only want them to have to choose when they click on the map window button.

I was able to put in a menu button at the top of the window next to the zoom out button but I wasn’t able to figure out how to get anything to be in that menu that would go to a specific board.

The toolbar menu would be fine but I can’t figure out how to make the menu entries attached to the board image.

A toolbar menu config has at the bottom a place to add one or more “Menu entries”. These need to be the precise Button Text of things currently in the main toolbar. Look back at your original image–the Roster map window has no Button Text currently defined. Once there’s a match between the Button Text of something in the main toolbar and a menu entry in a Toolbar Menu’s config, it will be pulled out of the main toolbar and put into your new menu.

The “select boards” bit you’re referring to is something that happens at the outset of a newly-created game. I don’t think it’s accessible after that point. I’d advise making your American Roster and German Roster separate map windows entirely–not separate boards within the same map window. Then each map window can be put in your Toolbar menu.
