Does the example for Global Hotkey sub-component of the TurnTracker in the reference manual (https://vassalengine.org/doc/latest/ReferenceManual/TurnTracker.html#top) have a typo in the Match Properties field?
What I see on my screen for this is:

What I would expect to see:
{timeOfDay==“Morning”}
